MANILA, Philippines - Police have recently arrested a fugitive wanted for murder and kidnapping charges in Iligan City.
The police's Anti-Kidnapping Group arrested the suspect, Alikhan Dimnatang, 38, at Purok Coca Cola, Kilumco, Camague, Iligan City last June 14.
Dimnatang, also wanted for three counts of murder in Cavite province, went into hiding in Iligan City after learning that a warrant of arrest was issued against him.
The suspect is involved in the kidnapping of a 21-year old female last June 9 in Iligan City where he was positively identified as the ransom taker, authorities said. -From philstar.com
